The picnic shelter area can be reserved for family gatherings and personal occasions for up to 20 people (Total of Guests and Members).
Reservation fee is $35 for up to 20 guests. Upon submission, a reservation will be made on a first come-first reserved basis and an invoice for $35 will be sent to the email address you provide on the Reservation Request form.
The area is available Monday through Friday, 11:00AM to 8:00 PM (or dusk if that is earlier) and Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 4:00PM. Reservations are available for up to 4 hours total per day and no more than 2 hours by each individual group.
Reservation is for a grill (gas grills, no charcoal needed) and a pair of picnic tables in the picnic shelter. Use of the picnic shelter is not exclusive which means the picnic shelter is still available to other members for their use at any time. Please share this wonderful resource, and clean up after yourself when you are done with the area.
All non-member guests must park outside the club (Absolutely no parking on Beach Drive). Guests will not be charged the $3.00 guest fee while attending the function. Small children and disabled guests can be dropped off in the parking lot before parking off site.
