* All memberships (other than Lifetime) will be assessed a one time $375 fee for a Waterfront Remediation project, beginning with renewal in May 2021. The assessment will be levied once per membership and be applicable to any new membership for at least 5 years. ** Due to condition of boat ramp, there will be a temporary 50% reduction in the increase for the boat membership. Regular Membership: Any person who is an owner of property and resides in the deeded land area. Regular membership will be granted to only those properties that are owner occupied within the deeded area. Renters that reside within the deeded area will not be granted membership. Persons that own property within the deeded area but reside outside the deeded area will not be granted regular membership until they occupy their property within the deeded area. Dependents of regular members will not be granted membership once they no longer reside with the regular member. If any questions arise during the renewal process, the Lake Forest Park Civic Club retains the right to have the applicant produce a copy of their deed for proof of residence. |
