Club Rental Process

1. Research Club House Rental information
2. Check Club House Rental Calendar for availability.  Note that the Club House is not available for private rentals on Saturday or Sunday during the months of July and August.
3. Submit Club House Rental Request.  Note:  requests are first come first serve based on request submission timing
4. Download, fill out, sign and return Club House Rental agreement 
   (Can be mailed in or signed agreement scanned and attached to email)
5. Requester will be notified regarding club rental confirmation.  
6. Arrange for 50% deposit and final payment
7. If serving alcohol, please obtain banquet permit.
